Customer Care Officers:
Graduates / undergraduates with
basic knowledge of computers, driven to excel in a high quality
environment and have a temperament for handling customers with care.
Sr. Customer Care Officers:
Graduates / Undergraduates
6 months +
experience as a Sr. customer care officer/process developer
in a multinational BPO.
Technical Support Officers:
Instrumental in providing first level technical support to the Customers. Graduates/undergraduates-diploma holders
(ENGINEERS / MCA / MCM / BCA / PGDCA / MCSE / MCP / HDSE / ADSE with
basic knowledge in computers ( hardware
and operating systems like win 2k and 9x ) and Internet.
CCNA Professionals:
We require talented individuals who will
be a part of the team providing customer support to users of
industry’s leading network routing, switching and security technology.
Graduate and Cisco Certified Network Administrator / Exposure to cisco
routers and switches.
Airline Process:
Graduates / undergraduates with airline background. Should
have completed at least IATA Course / Travel and Tourism course.
Accounting
Process:
Graduate with commerce / CA-INTER/ICWA-INTER preferably with two years
of experience. (Exposure to SAP and ERP packages would be an added
advantage.)
Team leaders:
Graduate with around 6 months + experience as a team leader in a
multinational BPO or a renowned company preferably from the hotel industry, airline
industry or telecom industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, ability
to work in shift is a must for all the above positions.
